If you're an active customer upgrading from ACP to prepaid, you can keep using your current SIM and phone number. If your account was inactive or you're a new customer, we'll ship a SIM card with a new number within 3-5 business days. If you choose eSIM, you can activate it immediately.

We are now charging $5 along with the 50% of the amount for the selected plan for the 1st month. And from 2nd month the complete amount we charge as per the selected plan

Your device must be carrier unlocked to use an eSIM plan. Check your device settings for the Carrier Lock description. "No SIM restrictions" means your device is unlocked. If you don't see that message, contact customer support.
